Accessibility
Grabber Construction Products wants grabberpro.com to work for everyone who needs it — including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.
The standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at Level AA. This is the standard most widely used to judge whether a website is accessible, and it is the benchmark we measure ourselves against.
Where we currently stand
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the site meets the standard, and some parts do not yet.
We rebuilt grabberpro.com in 2026. As part of that work we added keyboard navigation aids, visible focus indicators, proper heading structure, labelled form controls, and colour combinations that meet the contrast requirements. We know about the limitations described below, and we are working through them.
Known limitations
Product documents. Our submittal sheets, specification sheets and installation instructions are PDF files, many produced long before this website existed. Most are not tagged for screen readers, and a small number are scanned images with no readable text at all.
If you need any document in a format you can use, contact us and we will provide one. In most cases the same specification information also appears on the product page itself, where screen readers can read it directly.
Features provided by other companies. Some parts of this site are supplied by outside services — our contact and request forms, the product filtering on catalogue pages, the interactive catalogues, and the cookie consent banner. We do not control their code and cannot guarantee they meet the standard. If one of them stops you completing something, please tell us and we will find another way to help you.
If something doesn’t work for you
We would rather hear about it than not. If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, or you need information from it in a different format, get in touch:
- Email: grabbermarketing@grabberpro.com — please put “Accessibility” in the subject line so we route it to the right person quickly
- Phone: 800-477-8876
Please tell us the address of the page and briefly what happened. We aim to reply within five business days, and we will tell you what we can do and when.
How we assessed this site
We evaluated grabberpro.com ourselves, using a combination of automated testing and manual review.
