Scorpion Type T4PF flat head Tek 4 winged drill point screws are designed for attaching plywood and sheathing to heavy gauge metal. NanoGard™ exterior grade coating improves corrosion resistance. Performance range is 1/4″ to 1” lumber to 16 gauge steel to .210 steel.

Installation Guidelines
- Use a standard screw gun with a depth-sensitive nose piece. Suggested screw gun specification for optimal performance - Size #12 - #14 up to 1,800 RPM; however, 2,500 RPM may be used provided care is exercised to minimize influence of high heat buildup due to surface speed (see ASTM C1513, Table 5, note C).
- The flat head is fully seated when the head is flush with the work surface.
- The fastener must penetrate beyond the metal three full thread pitches.
- Overdriving my result in fastener failure or strip out of the work surface.
